If we can’t, we’ll ask you to bring your equipment to our office or schedule an onsite visit. Any time spent remotely with a technician will be invoiced at our standard hourly rate. When you call us after normal business hours, our automated menu includes an option for after-hours emergency service. For emergency help, call 717-653-2700.
